PURPOSE: To protect library patrons, staff members, library materials and equipment from exposure to smoke.  For health, safety and welfare of staff and public.
 
STATEMENT OF POLICY:
 
The entire indoor area, vestibules, courtyard, and areas outside entrance doors of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library are designated as non-smoking areas.
